All new patients or patients that have not been seen in 3 or more years must schedule the 1 hour “New Patient” appointment. After booking, the new patient paperwork will be emailed to you. You must fill it out prior to your appointment. If you have additional questions, please feel free to email us for help: reception@springvalleysportscare.com
If you are enrolled in Medicare, please call our office for a referral. This office does not see Medicare enrollees, but we are happy to help you find someone that does!
There is not one set fee for each appointment type. The cost is determined by the services required by the patient. Each new patient receives a Good Faith Estimate for their first visit with their intake forms. The GFE will be updated for subsequent visits once a diagnosis is made. The average cost of a new patient visit is $185, while the average cost of an existing patient visit (without a re-exam) is $90.

Chiropractic
A chiropractic appointment may include chiropractic manipulative therapy (an adjustment), soft tissue therapy (Active Release Techiques, Graston, massage gun, cupping, etc), rehabilitative exercise and/or modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stim. A patient will often be given home care instructions to include exercises.
